Probably you know that Bangladesh is the most suitable place of Garments producing for following favorable reasons-

  • Lower Lead Time: As we are getting all RAW MATERILS of garments locally, we can export the garments within 45 days of receiving ‘at sight LC’.
  • GSP Form-A: We can provide GSP certificate “form A” to reduce 12.5% Tax free entrance to European Market.
  • Quota Free Entrance: Exporting any garment to US Market is QUOTA FREE.
  • Duty Free Entrance: To import any garments for Canadian Market is DUTY FREE.

PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE

We ensure quality goods as per Buyer’s requirements through our own experienced quality control team. And if buyer wishes the goods are also inspected by the Inspection Team of SGS-Bangladesh, BUREAU VERITAS-Bangladesh, INTERTEK bd ltd, GTEX Bangladesh, etc.

LAB TESTING

All garments are being testing for color fastness, pilling, fiber composition etc. according to Buyer’s desire.

QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

We have a strong quality control system where under each Merchandiser there is three full time QC’s and the QC’s do the in-line inspections in each section of production. All staffs are highly skilled with different category of garments and having minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in their respective fields of work. In a particular time of the day, our QA Supervisor checks the 30% garments those have been passed by our QC’s in each section. All the QC’s always check 100% goods. All the QC’s submit their daily reports to QA Supervisor with highlighting the major points. QA Supervisor submits their reports to the relevant Merchandisers in addition to Managing Director. Relevant Merchandiser ensures the correct QA packing to the QA Supervisor. After maintaining the above procedures, the Merchandiser carries out his own final inspection before the shipment.
